XP Math Games:
Lots of fun math arcade games and practice activities!
Khan Academy:
An extensive database of online tutorial videos, as well as practice problems on the “Exercise Dashboard” that will navigate students from one math topic to the next, depending on their performance. Students “win” badges as they progress through the levels.
Immersive Learning Experience:
Math skill drills, quizzes, and games from Pre-K to Algebra. 
Math TV:
Need help? Choose a math topic, then choose a teacher to demonstrate some examples! Also available in Spanish.
That Quiz:
Online practice quizzes for a variety of math concepts. Students/parents can change the difficulty level of each quiz they take.
Hot Math Games:
More math games, primarily focused on pre-algebra concepts.

Bright, colorful interactive math games and activities for grades 1-8.

Merriam-Webster’s Learner’s Dictionary (2015):   
The free, online dictionary is specifically designed for English language learners. It has quizzes, words frequently requested by users, core vocabulary, a word of the day defined and illustrated, and a place for students to save the words they are learning.
