Broken or torn cover: up to $10

- Keep books COVERED at all times with book covers.

Loose binding or spine: up to $10
|
- Never toss or throw books or backpacks.
|

Missing/damaged barcode: $5
|
- Never leave your backpack unattended.
|
|
Writing $1 - $5 per page
|
- Never leave books in the classroom.
|
|
Stains or marks $1 - $5 per page
|
- Never trade or loan books out to other students.
|
|
Torn pages $1 - $5 per page
|
- Keep all your textbooks in the same safe place, whether you are using them daily in this quarter or they are for the next quarter.

Water damage: ½ cost of the book –full cost of the book

- Never carry anything in your backpack that can damage a book. Examples:

Mold: full cost of the book

Water, Soda, Juice, Baby Oil, Hand Lotion, Cologne/Perfume

ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TEXTBOOKS

- PRINT your FIRST and LAST NAME neatly on the inside cover in INK.
|
|
INSPECT your book for damages. Any damages you do not report to the library within FIVE DAYS become your responsibility.

|
COVER your textbooks with BOOK COVERS! Don’t tape the cover to the inside of the book
|
BEFORE LEAVING or WITHDRAWING FROM SJMS: Please return all library materials, textbooks, and pay all fines. It is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to clear their library account. Thank you.

INSPECCIONA tus libros por si tienen algún daño. Cualquier daño que no se informe a la biblioteca dentro de CINCO DÍAS se convertirá en tu responsabilidad.

|
¡CUBRE tus libros de texto con forro! No peguen el forro con cinta adhesiva dentro del libro
|
ANTES DE SALIR O RETIRARSE DE SJMS: Favor de devolver todos los materiales de la biblioteca, libros de texto, y pagar cualquier multa pendiente. Es RESONSABILIDAD DEL ESTUDIANTE resolver cualquier cuenta pendiente con la biblioteca. ¡Gracias!
