Welcome to Jackman Middle School Wrestling!
Wrestling is an opportunity for students to challenge themselves, build strength and confidence, develop discipline, and learn the importance of perseverance and sportsmanship.
Our Riverhawk wrestlers compete against other middle schools throughout the Elk Grove Unified School District while representing Jackman with pride.

Wrestling Dates
- Practice Begins: October 30th
- 3:30-5:30pm in the MP Room
- You MUST have a completed Athletic Clearance Packet on file in order to tryout.
- 7th/8th graders - you must maintain a 2.0 GPA or better in order to be eligible to tryout.

Practice information, including times and location, will be shared with participating wrestlers.
🏆 Match Days
Wrestling matches are held throughout December and January.
Each competition includes two rounds of wrestling, with Round 1 beginning at 4:30 PM and Round 2 beginning at 5:30 PM.
