7th/8th Grade Track and Field
Run. Jump. Throw. Represent Jackman.
Welcome to Jackman Middle School Track & Field!
Track & Field gives students the opportunity to develop speed, strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence while competing alongside their teammates and representing Jackman Middle School.
Whether students enjoy running, jumping, throwing, or challenging themselves to reach a new personal best, Track & Field offers an opportunity for everyone to get involved.
Our Riverhawk athletes compete against other middle schools throughout the Elk Grove Unified School District while demonstrating sportsmanship, teamwork, determination, and school pride.

More Than a Race
Track & Field is about more than crossing the finish line. It's about setting goals, working hard, supporting teammates, and discovering what you're capable of accomplishing.
Every practice is an opportunity to improve. Every meet is an opportunity to compete. Every personal best is something to be proud of.
Let's make it a great season, Riverhawks!
